Meskaye Hizunan Medhane Alem Monastery School (MSMMS) is located in Gulele Sub-City, Woreda 02, within the Addis Ababa City Administration. The school was inaugurated in 1966 E.C. (1974 G.C.) by His Imperial Majesty Emperor Haile Selassie I, underscoring its deep roots in Ethiopia’s cultural, spiritual, and academic heritage.
Since its establishment, the school has been dedicated to educating well-rounded individuals who combine academic excellence with moral integrity and a strong sense of national identity. M/H/M/M/S fosters creativity, critical thinking, innovation, and continuous personal growth, while nurturing leadership, collaboration, and a commitment to meaningful contribution to society.
